Black Copper Marans Fertile Hatching Eggs

     Backwoods Poultry Farm is the exclusive owner and breeder of The Cottage Hill Line of Black Copper Marans.  These birds exhibit all the French Standards for Black Copper Marans and are consistent in the offspring they reproduce.  The hackles of the female exhibit mahogany red and not gold, while the male has gold trim at the base of his mahogany red hackle feathers.  The chest of the male does not exhibit any red or gold.  The legs of these birds are black with pearl undertones.  The shanks are not to heavily feathered and they have pumpkin orange eyes.  This line of Black Copper Marans is proven to lay eggs that will range from a 4 to an 8 on the French Egg Chart.  This line of Black Copper Marans is strickly that of Mr. Ron Presley.
